Review the Pilot Plan
The Remote & Hybrid Team Pilot Plan

Trust comes before measurement. A remote and hybrid pilot starts with a written purpose and a small team, so everyone understands what's being collected and why before any pattern gets reviewed.
How the pilot works
- Scope: A small team, with a written purpose shared before anything is turned on.
- Business question: Something concrete, like whether managers are relying on status meetings instead of a shared operational view.
- Data collected: What's needed to answer that question, disclosed to the team in advance, along with what isn't collected.
- Who's involved: People leaders and managers, with local legal requirements confirmed before launch.
- Review process: We check whether the pilot actually reduced unnecessary status-checking, and whether it created any new trust problems along the way.
- Boundaries: Activity data is never treated as a stand-alone performance measure. Screenshots and session replay are reserved for a defined, authorized purpose, not routine review.
What we'll measure
- Manager time spent collecting routine status information
- Meeting hours used only for progress reporting
- Sustained after-hours and fragmented-work patterns
- Accuracy of application classifications by role
- Employee understanding, objections, and correction requests
What this pilot doesn't claim
Digital activity is one input, not a verdict. We won't equate it with performance, and the pilot review always leaves room for an employee's own explanation of a pattern.
