I’ve spent more than two decades building technology companies, leading distributed teams, and operating businesses across different markets, time zones, and stages of growth.

Over time, I saw the same problem again and again: companies generate enormous amounts of data, but most of it lives in separate systems. Jira knows what is being built. GitHub knows what is being shipped. Slack and email capture communication. Attendance and workforce systems show how work is happening. CRMs, calendars, internal tools, and operational platforms each hold another piece of the picture.

But none of them understand the business as a whole.
That is why I built Spectosoft.

Spectosoft is not simply an employee monitoring platform. It is an AI Operations Manager designed to understand the pulse of an organization and help leadership make better decisions, identify friction, recognize patterns, improve execution, and focus attention where it can have the greatest impact.

At the center of that is Cortex, the central nervous system of our workflow intelligence. Cortex connects signals across people, tools, systems, projects, and processes, giving Spectosoft the context required to understand not just what happened, but what it means.

The goal is simple: give leaders a clearer understanding of how their company is operating and use AI to help them execute faster, smarter, and more efficiently than ever before.

I built Spectosoft because I wanted the system I needed as an operator. One that could see across the organization, understand the signals, and help steer the business in the right direction.
