Review the Pilot Plan
The BPO & Operations Pilot Plan

Every BPO and contact center pilot starts the same way: with one program, one question, and an agreed baseline. Here is exactly how we run it, what we measure, and what stays out of scope until it's verified with your team.
How the pilot works
- Scope: One client program, agreed with your operations team before anything is configured.
- Business question: A single, specific question about workflow, such as where friction is slowing a shift or why an exception keeps recurring.
- Data collected: Only what's required to answer that question. Screenshots and session recordings are configured for the pilot, not switched on by default.
- Who's involved: Operations, HR, security, and employee representatives where applicable, all review the plan before launch.
- Review process: Results are reviewed against the agreed baseline, not compared to unrelated benchmarks.
- Boundaries: Spectosoft doesn't replace your CCaaS or workforce management system. Queue forecasting, routing, quality scores, occupancy, and SLA calculations stay where they are unless a verified integration connects them.
What we'll measure
- Time spent in approved applications and recurring tool-switching patterns
- Frequency and duration of unexplained workflow gaps, reviewed with local context
- Supervisor time required to investigate an exception
- Change in a separately measured service or quality outcome after a process intervention
- Employee questions, complaints, and policy exceptions raised during the pilot
What this pilot doesn't claim
We won't use pilot results to promise a specific reduction in attrition, occupancy, or SLA performance. Those outcomes belong to the systems that already own them. Spectosoft's role is to show the workflow evidence behind them.
